Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and shipping zip code to start your return or exchange process.
Prepare the Package
Place your item back in its original organic cotton dust bag and secure it inside the original cardboard shipping box.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
